摘要 数控机床是一种技术含量很高的自动化机床,它集机、电、仪于一体,
综合的了计算机技术、自动化技术、伺服驱动、精密测量和精密机械等各个领域
的新技术成果。随着数控车床、数控机床、加工中心等数控加工产品用量的剧增,
培养一大批能够熟练掌握现代数控机床编程、操作和维修的应用型人才的日益
迫切。
不同的数控机床其数控系统虽然在结构和性能上有所区别,但在故障诊
断分析上却有一定的共性,正是在此基础上对数控机床典型故障进行维修。
本设计共计五部分内容,包括数控机床简单介绍,数控机床出现机械结
构故障、电气系统故障、伺服系统故障、可编程控制器模块故障时的现象描述,
故障可能产生原因的理论分析。故障诊断与维修是本设计的重点。
CNC machine tools is a high level of technology automation

一、数控机床简介
数控机床是一种典型的机电一体化产品,能实现机械加工的高速度,高
精度和高自动化,代表了机床的发展方向。
