制度因此逐渐成为商业银行管理改革中的一项重要内容。商业银行员工的薪酬管理,逐渐摆脱原来政府机
关的工资模式,走向市场化。在人力资源管理体系中,健全的薪酬管理系统是吸引、激励、发展与留住人才
的最有力的工具。薪酬管理系统作为人力资源管理系统中的一个子系统,向员工传达企业的价值导向,说
明什么是企业所倡导的,什么样的行为是企业所不愿看到的。同时,它还通过与企业发展战略的充分一致
性,来使企业所有员工的努力和行为都集中到能够帮助企业提升竞争力的方向上去。建立激励与约束平衡
的薪酬体系是促进商业银行充满生机和活力的有效途径,是面对入世后国内外金融同业激烈竞争的正确、
必然的选择。
Abstract
The establishment of Market Economy encourages individuals to pursue personal benefits of economy.
To improve staff’s morale , the Market Economy works as a lever, therefore, the compensation
management plays an important role in commercial bank’s management development. The
compensation management of the staff working in commercial banks changes gradually from
government agencies’ mode to market economy mode. In the system of human resource management,
the healthy compensation management is a powerful tool to attract talents, to stimulate and retain
talents. The compensation management, as a subsidiary system of human resource management,
spread corporation’s value orientation, explaining what is beneficial or damaged to corporation.
Meanwhile, through a coherence of development strategic, the compensation management make staff
united, making greater efforts to improve the competition of the corporation. Establishing and
constraining compensation management is a effective way to maintain commercial banks’ vibration. It
is also a correct and inevitable way for domestic financial sector to compet after China’s joining in
WTO.
