摘要：工程造价管理是搞好工程建设的关键工作,也是建筑企

业非常关心的问题。如何想取得预期的、最大经济效果，这就要求

对建筑工程造价必须进行有效合理的管理。工程造价管理的基本

内容是合理确定工程造价和有效地控制工程造价。本文分析探讨

了建筑工程项目成本控制的内容、特点及主要控制措施，为实现

项目成本控制的总体目标进行了具体总结。

abstract: project cost management is the key to do a 

good job in engineering construction work, also the 

construction companies are very concerned about the 

problem. how to achieve the desired maximum economic 

effect, which requires the construction project cost must 

be reasonable and effective management. the basic 

content of the project cost management is reasonable to 

determine the project cost and effective control of the 

project cost. this article analyzes and discusses the 

construction project cost control, characteristics, and the 

main control measures to achieve the overall objective of 

the project cost control specific summary.
