附加电场超滤膜去除水中有机污染物的研究

[摘要] 研究了附加电场超滤膜工艺去除水中有机污 染 物 的 性 能 ,结 果 表 明 :原水中的腐殖酸在电场中发生电
泳迁移,减少了向膜表面的移动,同时发生凝聚现象,沉积在膜表面形成疏松的滤饼层,有效减缓了膜污染。 附加电
场后对腐殖酸和
4-MBC
的去除率均有很大提高。 同时发现,吸附是大孔径低压膜去除小分子
4-MBC
的主要作用,
水中腐殖酸的存在对超滤去除
4-MBC
有很大的促进作用。

Abstract
:
The removing performance of organic pollutants from water by electro-ultrafiltration has been studied. The
results show that the motion towards membrane surface is lessened since electrophoretic migration occurs in electric
field to the humic acid in raw water. At the same time
,
since aggregation occurs
,
deposits on the membrane surface
,
and forms loose filter cake layer
,
membrane fouling slows down effectively. The adding of electric field can greatly in-
crease the removing rates of humic acid and 4-MBC. And
,
it is found that adsorption plays a significant role in re-
moving the small molecular 4-MBC with large-pored low-pressure membranes. The existence of humic acid in water
has significant promotion effect on the removal of the 4-MBC by ultrafiltration.
