北京市再生水供水调度系统的现状分析与发展

摘要： 

通过对国内现状供水调度系统的分析，结合北京京城中水公司再生水供水调度工作开

展的实际经验，突出再生水供水的特点，提出应紧密依托先进的科技手段加强调度系统功
能，以实事求是的精神，探索构建适合“世界级城市”再生水供水安全保障模式。

Summary: 

Through to the domestic situation analysis of the water supply system, the beijing jingcheng 

reclaimed water company to the water supply management work of the practical experience, water 

supply of reclaimed water, should closely with the advanced science and technology as a means to 

strengthen the system functions to the spirit of seeking truth from facts, for the establishment of a 

world-class city of reclaimed water supply security.

北京市是全国进行大规模再生水利用较早的城市，2002 年至 2007 年期间投资近 15 亿

元，由北京排水集团陆续建设完成酒仙桥再生水厂（6 万立方米/日）、吴家村再生水厂（4

万立方米/日）、清河再生水厂（8 万立方米/日）、北小河再生水厂（6 万立方米/日）、方庄

再生水厂（1 万立方米/日）、小红门污水资源化再利用输水泵站工程（30 万立方米/日）及

400 公里配套管线，实现再生水年供水能力 3.5 亿立方米。供水流域东起高安屯，西至石景

山，北起回龙观，南至大兴，供水用户主要包括工业循环冷却、农灌、河湖景观、住宅冲厕、

城市绿化、市政杂用等。 

北京排水集团京城中水公司作为全市唯一再生水利用企业，随着再生水管线、厂站的不

断建设，北京市再生水利用工作不断突破，经历了“从初始的水污染治理，逐步到水环境建

设，再到建设和谐的水循环”的发展过程，使再生水利用不仅仅成为节约水资源的重要举措，

也成为水体循环的重要组成部分。再生水事业的发展经历了初期以设施建设为中心，确保再

生水生产能力，也就是“有水可用”；中期以推广利用为重点，实现“用起来”的目标；长
