施工企业控制工程造价管理的措施

摘要：造价管理工作自始至终作用于施工企业整个生产过程中，

施工企业在注重施工合同及工程竣工结算的同时，应立足现场管

理，不断探索降低工程成本的方法，以提高施工企业的工程造价

管理水平，以获得较好的效益。

随着市场经济体制的逐渐完善，中国建筑市场改革深入，施工

企业的工程造价管理将决定企业的经济效益，并贯穿于施工运作

的全过程，企业的一切活动都应围绕着如何提高经济效益这个核

心。因此，探讨施工企业如何对工程造价进行有效控制，具有重
