摘要

针对河南某纸业公司产生的造纸废水

在原有处理工艺出水不达标的情况下

对原有工艺进行了改造。预处理采用气浮分

离技术

生物处理采用接触氧化工艺

设计了气浮

接触氧化工艺流程及各构筑物参数。实际运行结果表明

改造后系统运行稳

定

达到《造纸工业水污染物排放标准》

Abstract: W aste water from a comp any of paper - m aking in Henan Province, the effluent quality from

the o riginal system can no t reached the dem and of standard and m ust be reconstructed. Now, in the stage

of the p retreatm ent, the air floatation techno logy was adop ted, and the contact oxidation m ethod was used

in the stage of biochem ical treatm ent. The p rogram and designing param eters of the air floatation - contact

oxidation p rocess for treatm en t of waste water from paper - m aking. The p ractice show s that the system has

the virtue of stable working and the effluent quality from system has reached the dem and in the national

discharge standard of po llutants from paper - m aking wastewater ( GB 3544 - 2001) : COD

1　工程概述

河南某纸业有限公司 ,以废纸为原料 ,主要生产

高、

中档挂面箱纸板、

白纸板、

瓦楞原纸等 ,年设计生

产能力 50 000 t,日产废水量 2 400m

/ d。原有一套

污水处理设施 ,工艺流程为 :收浆 →调节池 →超效浅
层气浮。处理后污水部分回用 ,污泥经浓缩后进入
污泥干化场自然干化。该处理工艺不能达到国家要

求的排放标准 ,需进一步生化处理。为此 ,公司在原
有处理工艺的基础上对之进行改造。

2　设计水质、

水量

该公司的废水主要来源于打浆、

洗浆工段和抄

造工段。废水中主要的污染因子为 SS、COD

,废水中还含有大量难降解有机物质 ,若不经

过处理排放 ,将严重影响纳污水系的水体功能 ,所以
必须控制污染源 ,使企业能够达标排放。

2. 1　设计水量

该污水处理站设计规模按照最高日流量设计 ,

即 : 2 400m

/ d。根据主体车间生产状况 ,生产废水

产生排放情况为 24h,污水处理站设计按照三班制

24h连续运转 ,则污水处理构筑物的最高日平均时

设计流量为 100m

/ h。
