节能环保产业链的构成与基本特征

1.1 节能环保产业组织与市场结构

节能环保产业是为资源节约、保护环境和社会

经济可持续发展提供技术装备、产品和服务保障的
战略性新兴产业，主要包括节能产业、环保产业和

资源循环利用产业。

从产业组织的角度来看，节能环保产业是先进

制造业和生产服务业紧密结合的跨行业、涵盖面宽

的综合性产业，它表现出来的的产业链和价值创造

关系显得尤为复杂。产业链是围绕某类产品或服

务，以各种产业联系为基础而形成的涉及多个产

业环节的链式结构。图 1 简明地概括了目前节能环
保产业中比较典型的一些企业类型和这些企业所

呈现出来的上下游关系。

特征，产业价值链上下游缺乏整合动力。 文章阐述了节能环保产业链整合的影响因素，通过对产业链整合模式

的分析，提出了节能环保产业创新模式的可能路径和形式。

Model Based on Industry Chain Integration

Abstract: Energy -saving & environmental protection industry has been identified as

strategic emerging industry. But the development of this industry is not matured with the

market scattered and out of order. There is not enough driving force for enterprises to

integrate the upstream and downstream of the industry chain. In this paper, the author

explained the

factors affecting the integration of energy saving & environmental protection

industrial chain, and then proposed

possible paths and forms of industrial innovation by

analysis industrial chain integration model.
