污水处理厂除臭工艺收集系统的选择与分析

摘
要：
污水处理厂的建设、管理及运行的最基本意义在于保护环境，然而由于污水处理厂
生产运行中伴生大量气态污染物
，对周围环境和人体健康造成了极大影响，引发了社会各界人士的
关注。目前国内已有很多家污水处理厂建成了除臭项目，由于收集系统及选材不当而导致污水处
理厂运行管理不便或除臭效果不好。为此对臭气收集系统进行了研究，考察了武汉、广州等地的污
水厂除臭系统
，对比分析了臭气收集管道材质的选用，详细介绍了不同构筑物加盖密封方式的选择
以及设备选型。该研究着重解决污水处理厂臭气引起的二次污染与环境保护之间的矛盾、除臭收
集系统密封方式不当与运行管理不便之间的矛盾、除臭收集系统选用材质不当与除臭绩效不高之
间的矛盾
，对污水厂除臭系统的设计和建设投资具有指导意义。

Abstract
：
The most basic meaning of construction
，operation and management of a sewage treat-
ment plant is to protect environment． However
，due to the large amounts of gaseous pollutants associated
in the operation of sewage treatment plant
，which causes great influence on the surrounding environment
and human health
，more and more attention is paid by people． Many domestic sewage treatment plants
have built deodorization projects
，but the improper collection system and improper material selection lead
to the inconvenient in operation and management or no good deodorization effect． Odor collection system
was studied by investigating the deodorization systems in five WWTPs in Wuhan
，Guangzhou and other
cities and comparing materials for odor collection pipes． The selection of cover types of different structures
and equipment types was introduced． The study was to emphasize solving the contradiction between the
second pollution caused by the odor in sewage treatment plant and environmental protection
，the contra-
diction between the improper sealing way of deodorization system and the inconvenience in operation and
management
，and the contradiction between the improper material selection and the inefficient deodoriza-
tion performance．

目前国内对于污水处理厂除臭方法的研究已有
相当的经验
，但除臭收集系统作为除臭工艺及污水
处理工艺中的一个重要部分
，对其重视程度还远远
不够。事实上
，国内已有很多家污水处理厂由于采
用了不当的收集系统而导致除臭效率不高或污水处
理设备出现设备腐蚀等一系列问题。
