摘要采用植物提取液进行污水处理厂除臭。简要介绍了植物提取液除臭的机理:利用喷雾系
统将提取液直接喷洒在臭气源附近,喷洒剂中的活性成分可使异味分子发生化学反应,从而达到除
臭的目的。污水处理工程污水量5万m3/d,分成四个相对独立的控制区域,总控制面积2
500 m2。
工程总投资200.5万元,运行费用9 773.,L/d。系统运行时,H2S和NH3均能达到《城镇污水处理厂
污染物排放标准》(GB 18918--2002)二级标准。

Abstract:Plant

were applied for deodorization in wastewater treatment
plant(WTP).The
mechanism
of this
process
was presented briefly.In practice the
extracts
were sprayed directly around
the
area
where the
smell emitted,by
this
way the
malodorous molecules
react
with the
activated
constituents in the sprayed
agents
and
so
the goal of deodorization has been gained.For this
project
of
WTP
with capacity of 5×104
m3/d,four
control
zone
were divided with total control
area
of 2 500 m2,
total capital of
RMB
2.005
million
was invested for construction and the daily operating
expense
will be
RMB
9 773.This facility has been
put
into
normal
operation,the
removals
of both H2S and NH3 could
be meet the requirement of class I I of the Discharge standard of pollutans for
municipal
wastewater
treatment
plant(GB

近几年,污水处理在我国得到了迅猛发展,全国
各地污水处理厂相继建成投产,但污水处理厂建造
初期往往忽视了臭气问题,随着人们环保意识的进

污水处理过程中产生气味的物质主要由碳、氮
和硫组成。大多数是有机物,只有少数是无机化合

项目背景
桐乡市污水处理厂处理规模为5万m3/d,采用
A2/O工艺。处理对象为生活污水和工业废水的混
合水。该厂的进水COD较高,厌氧造成的臭气问题
严重,进水区(粗格栅和进水泵房)、沉淀区(细格栅、
沉砂池、四个初沉池)、厌氧区(生物反应池的厌氧
段)、污泥处理区(贮泥池、脱水机房和污泥堆棚)等
几个区是主要的臭气源。
