介绍某电厂410 t/h燃煤锅炉SNCR/SCR联合脱硝系统的脱硝原理、基本构成及应用
效果。对运行中出现的如尿素溶液喷孔下方水冷壁腐蚀、冷灰斗积渣、氨分布不均等问
题进行分析并采取措施予以防范。测试结果表明,在NU浓度为247~318
mg/m3的
情况下及氨逃逸量不大于5 t-tL/L时.SNCR/SCR联合脱硝系统脱硝效率大于80%。

nia etc.,being analysed,and preventive measures being adopted.Results of
test
show that the denitrifi—
cation
efficiency
of said hybrid denitrification techonology is
greater
than
80%under
condition of NOz
concentration being

escape
of zmmonia isn’t

目前,控制Nq排放的技术措施分为两类,一类
是低氮燃烧控制技术‘H3,另一类为烟气净化技术,即
把烟气中己生成的Nq还原为Nz,其主要包括选择
性非催化还原技术(SNCR)和选择性催化还原(SCR)
技术等嘲。
SNCR/SCR联合脱硝技术,是将SNCR技术与
SCR技术联合应用,即在炉膛上部850---1 100℃的高
温烟气区域对Nq进行脱除,然后在锅炉尾部利用较
