米索前列醇预防剖宫产产后出血的临床分析

 

 

　　【摘要】 目的 比较米索前列醇联合缩宫素(治疗组)与单纯应用

缩宫素(对照组)

 

对减少剖宫产产后出血的疗效。方法 选取 2009 年 7

月至 2010 年 12 月在我院剖宫产初产妇各 100 例，随机分为治疗组

和对照组，比较两组术后 2 及 24 h 失血量、血红蛋白下降、红细胞

压积(hct)

 

下降及产后出血发生率。结果 治疗组术后 2 及 24 h 失血量、

血红蛋白下降、红细胞压积下降及产后出血发生率均低于对照组。

 

结论 应用缩宫素的同时联合应用米索前列醇对于减少剖宫产产后

出血，防止产后出血效果更佳，值得临床广泛应用。

】 Objective To study the clinic effect of misoprostol 

combined   with   Oxytocin   in   preventing   hemorrhage   after   cesarean 
section.Methods From July 2009 to Decembe 2010 in our hospital,200 
pregnant   women   with   cesarean   section   were   selected   and   randomly 
divided   into   treatment   group   and   control   group,each   for   100 
cases,oxytocin   for   routine   use,the   treatment   group   was   added   with 

Misoprostol,the hemorrhage during operation and 2、24 h after operation 

and   the   postpartum   hemorrhage   rate   were   observed.   Results   The 

treatment group 2、24 h after operation and the postpartum hemorrhage 

rate   were   significantly   better   than   the   control   group.Conclusion 
Misoprostol   combined   with   Oxytocin   can   better   prevent   postpartum 
hemorrhage after cesarean section.It’s worthy of clinicl application.
