例妇科疾病普查结果分析

　　[摘要 ] 目的 :了解布吉街道机关事业单位女职工妇科常见病的发病情况 ,为妇科病的防治工作提供依

据 。方法 :对 1 477例已婚女职工进行妇科 、

白带常规 、

宫颈液基细胞学检查 ( TCT)及盆腔 B 超检查 ,分

析 1 477例妇女妇科常见病检出情况 、

宫颈疾病分类 、

患病情况及不同年龄组妇女的宫颈糜烂情况 。结

果 : 1 477例被检妇女中 ,影响女职工健康的主要疾病为宫颈疾病 (57. 21 % )及阴道疾病 (14. 65 % ) ;宫
颈疾病以宫颈轻度糜烂 (21. 19 % ) 、

肥大 (18. 48 % ) 、

纳氏囊肿 (11. 44 % )为主 ;宫颈糜烂与生育高峰

年龄段 (20～39岁 )有密切关系 。结论 :生殖道感染是影响妇女健康的主要疾病 ,重视妇女病普查 ,系
统 、

规范地治疗妇科常见病 ,对高发年龄段的妇女进行重点干预 ,对降低妇科疾病的患病率有重要的意

义 ,亦是妇女保健面临的重要任务 。

exam inations of 1 477 m arried fem ale workers, including gynecological exam ination, leuco rrhea routine exam ina

tion, cervical liquid based cyto logical test and u ltrasonic exam ination of pelvis. Then analyzed detection situation of

gynecological common diseases, classification of cervical diseases, patients’ condition and cervical erosion in differ

ent age group. R e su lts: It showed that m ain d iseases effecting wom en’s health were cervical diseases ( 57. 21 % )

and vaginal diseases (14. 65 % ). B esides, cervical d iseases were m ainly consisted of cervical ligh t erosion ( 21. 19

% ) , cervical hypertrophy ( 18. 48 % ) , N abo th cyst (11. 44 % ) , and cervical erosion had close relation w ith fer

tile p eak age ( 20 ～39 years o ld ). Co nc lu s io n: Genital duct infection is the p rincipal disease effecting fem ale

health. So it is impo rtant fo r incidence control of gynecological diseases and fem ale health care to focus on general

investigation of gynecological diseases, treat these illnesses system atically and norm atively, and especially take in

tervention in wom en in high risk age.
