高浓度七氟烷用于小儿麻醉诱导的临床研究
摘要 目的:观察高浓度七氟烷用于小儿腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术的诱导和
苏醒特征,评估其安全性和麻醉效果。方法:选择 100 例 1~5 岁符合入选标
准的患儿,在全麻下择期行腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术。随机分为 A、B
两组, A
组为观察组,入手术室后面罩直接吸纯氧(7L/min) 加七氟烷,吸入浓度为
7%;B 组为对照组,面罩吸纯氧(1L/min) 加七氟烷 3%,逐步升高七氟烷的
吸入浓度至 7%,直至患儿睫毛反射消失。A、B 两组麻醉维持浓度均控制在
2.0~4.0%。结果:A、B 两组七氟烷吸入诱导成功率 100%,麻醉效果满意,
A 组睫毛反射消失时间在 30~62 秒之间,B 组睫毛反射消失时间在 70~132
秒之间,两者有显著性差异;在呼吸道分泌物,气道耐受性,血流动力学稳
定方面,两组均分泌物少,气道耐受性好,无心率减慢、血压下降者;全组患
儿体温均正常。结论:7%七氟烷吸入用于小儿诱导更快速,不增加不良反应,
麻醉效果满意。

Clinical study of high concentration of sevoflurane in induction of pediatric

[Abstract ] Objective: To view the induction and wake characteristics of high
concentrations of sevoflurane in pediatric laparoscopic hernia sac ligation., and assess
the safety and anesthetic effect. Methods: 100 cases of a ~ 5-year-old children
meeting the selection criteria wre Choosed to undergo the elective laparoscopic hernia
sac ligation under general anesthesia.They were randomly divided into A and B
groups. In A group(observation Group): The children directly inhaled of pure oxygen
(7L/min) plus sevoflurane(concentration of 7%) with the anesthesia mask after
entering the operating room; In B group(control Group), The children inhaled of pure
oxygen (7L/min) plus sevoflurane(Inhalation concentration gradually increased from
3% to 7%) until the eyelash reflex losses. The concentrations of sevoflurane are both
controlled by 2.0 ~ 4.0% during the maintenance of anesthesia. Results: In A and B
