Abstract
】
Objective
To explore the function of the Jinke

huaierkeli plaster in the comprehensive therapy
of breast cancer and the mechanism. Methods
MTT method was used to detect the cytotoxicity of the drug ,drug

resistant multiple and reversing multiple. Fluorescent spectrophotometer was used to measure the concentration of
ADM in cells and fluorescent quantitative PCR method was used to detect the effect of the drug on the expressing
level of MDR
2
1 mRNA in cells. Results

This research indicate that Jinke

huaierkeli
plaster can increase the sensitivity of breast cancer cells to chemotherapy drug. Its mechanism is that it can lower
the expressing level of the drug

resistant gene MDR

1 and reverse the drug
2
risistance. At the same time the research
preliminarily indicates that Jinke plaster has two effects ,one is the anti
2
tumor activity and the other is reverse the
drug
2
resistance.
