数控机床液压系统振动与噪声的防治及改进措施
【摘 要】:数控机床液压系统产生的振动与噪声严重影响数
控机床的正常使用,是数控机床液压技术诊断与排除中较
复杂的问题。采用新型液压泵取代老式液压泵是降低振动
与噪声的一种有效途径;正确安装液压泵与管道可以避免回
油管道中旋转时吸入空气产生噪声和振动;通过定期清洗油
箱及选择粘度适中、又有良好的消泡性的油液可以避免液
压系统产生噪声和振动;减慢换向阀的关闭速度可以有效的
防止阀口突然关闭产生的压力冲击。

Prevention and Improvement Measures for the Vibration
and Noiseof the Hydraulic System of a Numerical Control
Machine
Abstract:We present four prevention and improvement
measures for the vibration and noise of the hydraulic systemof a
numerical control machine:(1)improving the structure of the
hydraulic system;(2)improving the installa-tion of the hydraulic
equipment;(3)correctly choosing and using oil;and(4)preventing
hydraulic shock . Theabove-mentioned four measures can
effectively reduce vibration and noise.They are also valuable
for improving theperformance of the hydraulic system of the
numerical control machine.
