某小别墅楼建筑的设计

  

摘 要：本建筑物为六层教学楼，建筑占地面积为 168.54㎡，总面积为

663.96㎡，建筑总高度为 13.55m 耐久年限为 50 年，结构按 7 度设防设计，

建筑按 6 度设防设计，结构类型为砖混结构。楼梯采用板式楼梯，全部为防火

楼梯，基础为桩基础。

关键词：砖混结构

Abstract： This building is a four-story dormitory building covers an area of 168.54

㎡, with the total area of 663.96㎡, the total building height of 13.55m, the durable 

life of 50 years, and this structure is in7 degree seismic design. This construction is 

six security designed, with structure of brick and concrete . Stairs use a plate stairs , 

and they are all the fire stairs. The basis is a common form of pile foundation .

引言

本设计是按照信阳师范学院华锐学院土木工程系 2012 年毕业设计要求编

写的毕业设计。题目为 某住宅小别墅楼设计 。

该楼是住宅建筑，其规范要求比较严格，能体现建筑设计的很多重要的

方面，选择住宅楼的建筑设计，从而掌握住宅楼设计基本原理，妥善解决其

功能关系，满足使用要求。

本建筑结构选用砖混结构，讲究对称性，进而方便施工，使其具有整体

性和一致性。

1.建筑设计

    建筑设计首先要满足建筑物的功能要求，为人们的生产和生活活动创造良

好的环境。其次要正确选用建筑材料，根据建筑空间组合的特点，选择合理的

结构、施工方案，使房屋坚固耐久、建造方便。再者要具有良好的经济效果，建

造房屋是一个复杂的物质生产过程，需要大量人力、物力和资金，在房屋的设

计和建造中，要因地制宜、就地取材，尽量做到节省劳动力，节省建筑材料和
