基于等分法的裤装结构设计

摘
要
通过对传统比例法裤装结构设计的优劣分析，探寻一种更合理、简便、适 用 性 强 的 裤 装 结 构 构 成 方 法。 依
据裤装结构各部位的比例关系，结合人体工学原理，采用等分法设定裤装各部位 比 例 关 系 和 结 构 点 定 位 ，以 避 免 繁
复的公式计算；设置裆定位标线，使横 裆、后 裆、小 裆 形 成 自 动 关 联 变 化，运 用 裆 位 调 节 量 实 现 裤 装 的 性 别 特 征 设
计；采用斜度比值法设定后裆斜线的斜度。

Abstract
According to analyses on conventional proportion method applied in trousers structural design，
a more reasonable，simple and applicable structures constitute of the pants methods were explored. Based
on the ratio between different parts of the structure combined with ergonomic，the bisection method was
used to set the proportion of relations in different parts of trousers and structural point of orientation，
avoiding complicated formula. The ″crotch positioning standard line″ to cross crotch，after crotch，crotch
was formed to automatically associate with small changes. The ″crotch-bit control variable″ was used to
achieve gender characteristics of the design of trousers. The ″slope ratio″ method was used to set the slope
of a slash after the crotch.

裤装结构设计 普 遍 承 袭 传 统 比 例 方 法，它 以 比
例计算确定各结构点尺寸和定位，经验性强，系统性
和适用性相对较差。这种方法往往不是因规格变化
而造成相关部位比 例 关 系 的 失 调，就 是 因 局 部 与 整
体造型结 构 不 协 调 而 影 响 裤 装 的 舒 适 性、功 能 性。
目前，有关裤装结构的研究大都基于传统比例法，着
眼于局部结构的调整，如腰口的撇量、比例参数的调
整等，而针对裤装结构设计方法的研究则相对较少。
另外，服装结构设计 研 究 领 域 还 存 在 注 重 上 衣 结 构
而忽视裤装结构的 现 象，如 有 上 衣 原 型 而 没 有 裤 装
原型，从文献［1 ］中 对 裤 装 结 构 所 做 论 述 中 就 不 难
看出这种现象的存在，因此，注重裤装结构设计理论
研究，特别是系统的裤装结构方法的研究尤显重要。
本文针对传统比例 法 裤 装 结 构 设 计 的 优 劣，试 图 提
出一种更简便适 用、系 统 全 面、变 化 灵 活、操 作 性 强
的基于等分法的裤装结构设计方法。

人体结构与传统比例法裤装结构
裤装着眼于人体腰节线以下部位。人体腰节线
以下部位主要由臀 部 和 下 肢 组 成，是 运 动 幅 度 和 变
形较大、对舒适 性 要 求 较 高 的 部 位。 人 体 臀 部 结 构
及着装形态如图 1 所示。
