石油化工工程质量监督管理体制的探讨

摘要本文阐述了国外政府对建设工程质量管理的模式，总结了

国外建设工程质量政府管理的情况，对我国政府对石油化工建设

工程质量监督管理的情况进行了总结，指出了监督管理中的一些

不足，通过分析比较国内外建设工程质量的监督管理，为提高我

国石油化工建设工程质量的政府监督管理水平提出可行性建议。

abstract: this paper describes the pattern of the 

foreign government construction project quality 

management, summed up the government management 

quality of foreign construction projects, put a summary 

of the petrochemical construction project quality 

supervision and management from our government, 

pointed out some shortage of the supervision and 

management, put forward feasible suggestions through 

the analysis of domestic and foreign construction 

engineering quality supervision and management, in 

order to improve the quality of government supervision 

and management level of china’s petrochemical
