】石油作为重要的能源与基础性产品，素有 工业血液 之称。随着世界各国

对能源的需求与日剧增，石油与各国的经济愈来愈密切。油价的每一次波动对世界各

国的经济都产生了或多或少的影响，已成为世界各国普遍关注的焦点。本文首先介绍

了近期国际油价的走势，然后分析了影响国际油价波动的主要因素，最后针对这些

因素从九方面提出了我国应对国际油价波动的政策措施。

【ABSTRACT】

As an important energy and basic products,oil is called "industrial 

blood."With the development of economy,the demand for oil of the 

countries all over the world is increasing rapidly,and the contact between 

oil and economy increasingly close.Every fluctuation of oil price has more or 

less effect on the world economy,and the oil price has become the focus of 

world attention.

 

This paper firstly introduced the recent international oil 

price.

 

Furthermore, it analysed the factors that influence the international 

oil price fluctuations.

 

Finally ,basing on these factors ,it proposed China's 

policies and measures to deal with the international oil price fluctuation 

from nine aspects.
