摘 要： 要想推动金融衍生产品市场能够更好更快的发展，我国政府需要

积极推动金融体制的完善，为其发展提供有利的条件。就金融衍生品市场的发

展机遇展开论述，并阐述了金融衍生品市场在中国的发展现状及其对中国经

济的影响。本文主要是讨论我国金融衍生品市场在未来的发展情况，所以为其

能够有更好的发展前景，末文中本人提出了一些个人见解，期望能够为其发

Abstract:  financial derivatives market in order to promote better and faster development, 

the Chinese government needs to actively promote the improvement of the financial system, and 

to   provide   favorable   conditions   for   its   development.   Discusses   the   opportunities   for   the
