浅谈现场施工造价管理技术的意义及对策

  

  摘要：造价管理和质量管理一直作为工程管理中的两大重要内容存在与工

程建设之中，并且贯穿整个工程建设的全过程。工程现场施工是工程实体实施

建设的重要阶段，做好这个阶段的造价管理工作对于保障工程的实际投资收

益，提高工程的投资产出比率有着重要的作用。本文主要从施工造价管理技术

 

存在的意义以及造价管理的具体对策来综合性的探讨工程现场施工造价。

　　Abstract: the construction cost management and quality management have been 

as project management is an important content of the two existing and engineering 

construction   in,   and   throughout   the   whole   process   of   engineering   construction.

construction   of   the   implementation,   and   to   do   well   in   this   phase   of   the   cost 

management  for  security of the   practical   investment  income,  improve  the   project 

investment ratio of output and plays an important role. This article mainly from the
