关于投资决策阶段对工程造价控制的分析

　　摘要：在建筑工程项目管理过程中，投资决策阶段控制工程造价具有十分重要的意
义。不论何种项目，其前期工作的核心是编制符合实际的投资估算值，正确确定投资估算
值，对于以后控制初步设计概算、施工图预算，实现投资者预期的投资效果有着重大的影
响。并且，相对于建设项目的其他后续工作来说，投资决策阶段控制造价，对建设项目经
济效果好坏的影响最大。因此，在此阶段控制工程造价，对整个建设项目来说，节约投资
的可能性最大。在项目的建设过程当中，节约投资的可能性是随着建设过程的进展而不断
减少。一般来说，决策阶段控制造价对项目经济性的影响高达 95%~100%，说明建筑工程

the construction drawing budget, realize the investors expected investment effect has significant 
influence. And, relative to the other construction project follow-up work for, investment decision 
stage control cost, to construction project economic effect of good or bad impact. Therefore, in

investment. In the project construction process, save the investment of possibilities is with the 
construction process of development and continuous decrease. Generally speaking, decision stage
