——太阳能级硅片切割技术

摘要：太阳能级多线切割技术是一种特殊的机械加工技术，它是在

传统的机械加工的基础上建立起来的。随着太阳能市场的启动和发

展，作为晶体硅太阳能电池制造过程的主要环节，越来越受到人们

的重视。本文介绍了硅片切割的发展史，并从硅片切割的设备、工

艺、生产流程和新技术等方面进行了较详细的阐述。
