本次主要是通过对氯水洗涤塔的形状、尺寸及其精度的设计,并对其工艺设计进
行可行性分析。成型工艺性主要包括塔体的壁厚,零部件的倾斜度和圆角以及是否具
有加强机构。通过以上的分析来确定氯水洗涤塔内部件安装位置;其中最重要的是确
定它们的定位和固紧方式。此外还分析了零部件受力,模具的机构设计及其选择原则。
最后绘制完整的氯水洗涤塔装配总图和主要的零件图及其成型零部件的制造加工工
艺过程。从中学会查阅相关资料,结合自己所学的专业知识,掌握一般产品的设计制
作过程。

usually will give the design selection to bring many inconveniences, to achieve the effect
