Abstract: The principles and twenty-eight Parrett rules that affect the certain result in a number of
factors is often the "critical few, mostly minor." To marketing practice, the majority of the general
interest from a few key clients, these key customers is the company's key customers. However,
businesses can not spend the same time and effort to treat every customer, it is difficult to ensure
fairness. Therefore, enterprises, how to distinguish between customers and how to focus on key
account management is very important.
