工程项目管理研究与探讨

摘要：随着我国经济建设的迅速发展，做为我国国民经济支柱产业之一的建筑
业发展规模与速度可谓空前。而作为建筑业重中之中的工程项目管理也日益成为
我国建筑行业发展中备受人们关注的一个重要问题。工程项目管理的好坏都直接
关系到企业的核心利益，关系到国民经济的发展良莠，因此对于工程项目管理
的研究具有重大而深远的意义。

     

运用去粗取精，去伪存真的科学学习方法。书面上的书籍良莠不齐，经过筛选

过滤，去除糟粕，留余精华；粗略翻阅了大量的建筑行业书籍，进一步筛选了
关于工程项目管理方面的书籍仔细阅读。和同学、老师共同讨论研究，发现问题、
解决问题，完成课题研究。

本文阐述了工程项目管理的价值和意义、国内外的发展现状、项目管理的分

类、各个分类的作用和意义，工程项目管理中存在的问题、针对这些问题的解决
方法。

On the project management literature review

Abstract:  With  the  rapid  development  of  China,  economic  construction, 
as  one  of  the  pillar  industries  of  China  national  economy  development 
scale  and  speed  of  construction  can  be  described  as  unprecedented.  As 
heavy  construction  industry  in  project  management  are  also  among 
,construction  industry  is  becoming  much  attention  in  an  important 
issue.The  quality  of  project  management  are  directly  related  to  the 
company  core  interest,  related  to  the  development  of  national  economy, 
good and bad, so for the research project management of major and far-
reaching significance.
  Use Qucuqujing, Quweicunzhen science learning. Books written on the 
mixed, filtered through the filter to remove the dross, leaving more than 
essence;  rough  read  a  lot  of  books  in  the  construction  industry,  and 
further screening on project management books to read.And students and 
teachers to discuss research, identify problems, solve problems, complete 
the research.

In this paper,the value of project management and the significance of 

the development of domestic and international situation, the classification 
of project management, their role and significance of project management 
problems, solutions to these problems.
