河南省农产品出口贸易现状和发展探析

内容摘要： 河南省是农业大省，粮食总产量连续

10 年居全全国第一，全省农

产品结构不断优化，市场开拓能力增强，农产品出口工作取得了显著成绩，农
产品出口金额已经从

2002 年的 2.26 亿美元增加到 2009 年的 6.69 亿美元，

平均增长

31.4%，但是农产品出口仍存在薄弱环节，农产品出口现状与农业大

省的地位不相称，与经济快速发展不同步。必须要切实提高认识，正确分析当前
河南省农产品出口贸易现状，切实抓好农产品出口工作，推进河南省现代农业
发展，努力增加农民收入，实现农业农村经济的持续稳定发展。

Abstract: Henan Province is famous for its farming production, the 
total  grain  ranking  the  first  in  the  country  in  the  continuous  ten 
years.  The  agricultural  products  structure  of  the  province  is 
improving steady, strengthen the developing ability of ma0rket, the 
export  of  agricultural  products  work  made  a  marked  success.  The 
exports  of  agricultural  products  have  grown  from  $2.26  billion  in 
2002  to  6.69  billion  in  2009,  with  an  average  growth  rate  of  31.4 
percent,  but  the  exports  of  agricultural  products  still  existed 
weaknesses, such as the exports of agricultural products situation is 
out  of  proportion  with  the  status  of  its  farming  production  and  not 
compares with quick economic development. We must substantially 
enhance understanding, analysis the current commercial situation of 
agricultural  products  exports  accurately  of  Henan  Province, 
attaching  importance  to  the  work  of  agricultural  products  exports, 
advancing  the  development  of  the  modern  agricultural  of  Henan 
province,  increasing  the  incomes  of  farmers,  to  make  the 
agricultural and countryside economy stable development.

一、河南农产品出口贸易现状分析

1） 农产品贸易地位现状

河南省粮食总量连续多年占全国粮食总量的

1∕10，是我国农产品主要产

区之一，每年有

产量均居全国前列。

2007 年,河南粮食总产量达到 4582 万吨,占全国粮食总产

蛋、牛奶产量均居全国前列。河南省对全国粮食安全作出了很大贡献，说河南省
是全国的粮仓毫不过分，但来自中国人民共和国农业部的数字信息，充分向我
们证明了一方面河南是农业大省，另一方面却是农产品出口小省。
