摘 要： 通过分析我国 1994—2010 年知识产权博士学位论文的选题、关键词、主题词和学校分布，理清我

国近些年来知识产权方面博士学位论文的现状，总结其规律，揭示其反映的知识产权学术研究现状，为以后知

识产权博士论文撰写方向和思路提供参考。

Abstract

： Through the analysis of the topics，keywords，meSH and distribution of universities

of doctorate dissertations in the area of intellectual property in 1994—2010

，to clarify the status of

research in China in recent years

，sum up their own rules and reveal the academic research status，

so as to provide a reference direction and ideas for the future of dissertation writing in the area of in-

tellectual property rights．

我国的知识产权研究，始于 20 世纪 90 年代。“知识产权”这个概念随着我国经济发展、技术进步、

国际市场的开放，渐渐走入了中国人的生活。随着知识产权保护与管理的不断发展和变化，我国知识产
权研究日益深入，研究范围不断扩大。研究知识产权的博士学位论文，作为具有较高专业理论深度的研
究成果，是我国知识产权研究成果的中坚力量。很多知名学者在自己的博士学位论文中已经提出了深
刻的学术理论，并且在成为学者之后为知识产权理论研究作出了重要贡献。也因此，博士论文被普遍认
为专业性强、信息量大、学术价值高，并且作为“衡量此学科发展水平和科技产出的一项重要指标，也是
对科研机构和科技人员成就与贡献的一种度量”。

因此，对博士论文的现状和特点进行分析、挖掘，具

有重要意义。以知识产权方面的博士学位论文为例，通过对其进行数据定量分析，可以了解知识产权方
