西安龙海公司仓储管理诊断分析
摘要：随着我国经济的快速发展，企业仓储问题也日益突显。仓储是企业存储和保管物料
的重要场所
,仓储管理是企业物流管理的核心工作。本文以西安龙海公司仓储管理体系作为
研究对象，根据龙海公司的现状据以诊断分析，找出问题的所在。主要对仓储货区货位管理、
仓储设施设备、仓储安全、仓储人员配备进行诊断分析，并运用自己所学到的知识提出合理
的解决方案，使自己学习到的知识能够在本公司的具体实践中得以运用，为公司制定合理
的仓储策略希望能够对企业有所帮助，同时也希望能够对同类企业仓储问题有所帮助和借
鉴。

Abstract: With the rapid development of chinese economic, enterprise storage issues are also
increasingly prominent.warehouse management is an important site for enterprise storage and
materials keeps,storage management is the core work of logistics management. Xi'an Longhai
company warehouse management system is the research object of this article.According to the
status of the Longhai company, finding out the problem. Analyzing the management of cargo
area,storage facilities, storage security,storage staffingusing my knowledge acquired reasonable
solution, let my knowledge put in use at specific practice of the company,raise a reasonable
storage strategy for the company. Hope to help the enterprises and other similar enterprises.
