[摘要]降低采购成本对一个企业的经营业绩至关重要。尤其是去年受到全球金融风

暴的影响，采购成本下降不仅体现在企业现金流出的减少，而且直接体现在产品成本
的下降，利润的增加，以及企业竞争力的增强。因此，控制好采购成本并使之不断下降
是一个企业不断降低产品成本，增加利润直接手段之一。从采购成本对企业效益的影响
本文阐述了通过建立健全采购过程中的各项控制制度，并通过采用的采购途径和方法
来促使企业增效。

Lower procurement costs to an enterprise's business performance is 

very important. Especially last year by global financial turmoil, 
procurement costs decline is reflected not only in enterprise cash outflow 
of reduced and directly reflected in the product cost declines, profit, and 
the increase the competitiveness of an enterprise enhancement. 
Therefore, good control of the purchase cost and declining, is a business 
enterprise continuously reduces the production cost, increase profits 
directly meanses. From the purchase cost of enterprise performance, this 
paper expounds the influence by establishing and perfecting the 
acquisition process control system, and by using the procurement and 
ways to promote the enterprise efficiency.

一、采购成本对企业利润的影响

任何一个企业，其生产经营的最终目的都是要获得盈利，而盈利的获得必须以一定的成本费用为代
价。在工业企业的生产成本中，材料费用占有相当大的比重。举例说明如下：某公司花费总收益的
50%用于采购物料，其税前纯收益是 10%，即每销售 100 元，利润是 10 万元，而物料成本是 50 万
元，其他开销占

40 万元。假设所有的成本费用都随着销售变动。如果这家公司想多赚 1 元，相当于

10%，那么这家公司的销售量或采购成本需要增加或降低多少才可以实现？通过以下
