贵州省惠水县长胜机械厂采购管理研究

           

内 容 提 要

采购作为企业生产经营活动的首要环节，对企业的生存和发展

起着至关重要的作用。本文通过对长胜机械厂采购组织现状，采购流

程现状以及供应商管理现状进行分析，提出企业今后在采购组织上

企业领导应大胆下放权限；在采购流程上企业应引进先进管理理念

ERP；在供应商管理中，企业应重视供应商的作用，更高效的利用

供应商的价值等改进措施。

Abstract

The  Procurement  as  an  enterprise  is  the  first  link  to 

manufacture  management  activity,  it  plays  a  vital  role  in 

survival  and  development  of  the  enterprise.

 

The  article 

analyses  the  present  situation,  the  Purchasing  process 

status  and  supplier  management  status  of  Changsheng 

mechanical,  proposes  the  leader  should  bold  down 

permissions;  introduces  advanced  management  concept 

ERP;  In  supplier  management,  enterprise  should  attach 

importance to the role of suppliers, the most efficient use 

of the value of the supplier;and so on.
