险供应链条件下的供应商选择方法

摘

要：企业面对着很多风险，采购风险是其中很重要的一部分。企业的采购很大

程度上影响着企业的效益，因此供应商的管理至关重要。本文讨论了选择什么

样的供应商和选择多少供应商两个问题，介绍了供应商评价选择以及数量确定

的方法模型，给出了基本的多目标规划模型以及非线性整数规划模型，并对于

模型的改进进行了介绍。

Enterprises are facing many risks, purchase risk is an important part of them. 

Enterprises purchase influence the efficiency of enterprises in large extent, so supplier 
management  is  very  important.  This  paper  discussed  two  problems:  the  choice  of 
suppliers  and  choose  how  many  suppliers.  At  the  same  time  this  paper  introduces 
supplier evaluation methods and model to determine the number of the supplier, and 
gives  the  basic  multi-objective  programming  model  and  nonlinear  integer 
programming model, and introduce the improvement of these models.

在

供应链管理中企业面临着各种风险，企业需要分析和规避各种风险，这样就需

要在考虑风险的情况下做出各种决策以求降低自身成本增加盈利。对大多数企

业来说，采购成本占产品总成本的

70%以上，合理的选择供应商将直接影响到

企业降低成本、增加企业柔性、提高企业的竞争力。因此供应商的选择是企业

供应链管理中一个非常重要的内容。随着市场竞争的全球化和剧烈化，产品的

生命周期越来越短

,强调质量、交货可靠性、价格、提前期增加了供应商选择的

复杂性和选择范围企业的供应商选择问题，应包括两个方面内容：一是选择什

么样的供应商，二是选择多少个供应商。
