摘要 :
自二十世纪八十年代以来,高科技浪潮席卷全球,人类迈入了全球信息化和
知识经济社会,以网络、通信、信息处理、人工智能、多媒体等为核心的信息技术
—IT 己成为
世界经济、科技发展的制高点。越来越多的企业开始重视与供应商之间的合作,如何判断和
选择适合自己企业发展需求的、有良好发展前景的供应商作为本企业的战略合作伙伴,就成
了一个至关重要的问题。研究发现企业在采购和营销与供应商关系密切,企业需要对供应商
进行分类,然后对不同的供应商采用不同的管理策略。本文详细阐述了联想公司的
scm 及
其管理策略。

The supply chain management of the Lenove company research
Abstract: IT has been the hottest point all over the world since the 1980s. More and more
companies are paying attention to the cooperation between with suppliers. Enterprise how to
judge and choose to suit oneself development needs of suppliers, besides, the supplier have good
prospects for development, it has become a vital problem. Research found that, in the process of
purchase and marketing, business relationships with suppliers. Enterprises need to suppliers, then
to different suppliers establish different relations of cooperation. And take different management
strategy and management. This paper states the Lenove company’ scm and its management
strategies in detail.
