跟上先进制造技术的世界潮流，必须将其放在战略优先地位，并以足够的力度予以实施，才能尽快
缩小与发达国家的差距，才能在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地，因此我国机械制造的现状和发展
前景也越来越受到人们的关注和重视

    Abstract: The mechanical system of manufacturing is the basic industry of national economy, its level 
of development reflects a country's science and technology and social development level of productivity. At 
present, China is in a critical period of economic development, machinery manufacturing technology is not 
only a measure of a country's technological development important indicator of the level, but also the focus 
of international technological competition, but the mechanical manufacturing technology is not our 
strength, and its development has been behind the national economy. Therefore, in order to keep up with 
the global trend of advanced manufacturing technology, it must be on strategic priority and be implemented

机械制造技术是研究产品设计、生产、加工制

造、销售使用、维修服务乃至回收再生的整个过

程的工程学科，是以提高质量、效益、竞争力为

目标，包含物质流、信息流和能量流的完整的系

改革开放三十年以来，中国制造业有了显著

的发展，无论制造业总量还是制造业技术水平

都有很大的提高

.机械制造业从产品研发、技术

装备和加工能力等方面都取得了很大的进步，

但具有独立自主知识产权的品牌产品却不多

过对我国机械制造业现状的分析和研究，业内

人士普遍认为，中国的机械制造比欧美发达国

家落后了将近

30 年.我认为在未来国际的竞争

中，我国必须要着重发展我国的机械制造技术，

因为许多学者强调，不仅要看到自然科学对生

产发展的作用，也必须看到制造技术对科学发

展的保证作用

.没有先进的仪器、装备、实验手段，

许多科学研究、发现都是不可能的

.在高科技发

展中制造技术也起着十分重要的作用

.所以我国

要成为创新型国家就必须要发展机械制造技术
