In the era of knowledge economy, the knowledge production, distribution 

and use has become an important economic factors. To spread, preservation, 

innovation of knowledge as the main task of higher education in social economic 

activity is playing a more and more important role. From the Angle of education 

economics of higher education has great view, the economic value and economic 

benefits. But the economic benefits of higher education by potential into reality can,
