浅谈矿井通风设备招标选型

【摘要】矿井通风是保障矿井安全生产的最重要技术手段，矿井通风的主要动力是通风机。合

理地选择通风机不仅关系到矿井的安全生产，也会影响到矿井的经济指标。为了使选定的通
风设备具有较高的性价比，本文从通风机的服务范围、通风机的工作原理及分类、影响通风
机性能的主要参数、通风设备招标选型注意等几个方面进行论述。根据通风机的工况参数，
在风机系列产品中，进行技术、经济和安全性能比较，对通风设备招标选型，确定满足矿井
通风要求，技术先进、效率高和运转费用低的通风机的型号和转速。

[ Abstract ] the mine ventilation safety in mine production is the most important technical

means, the mine ventilation is the main driving force ventilation machine. Reasonable selection of
fan  is  not  only  related  to  the  safe  production  of  the  mine,  also  will  affect  the  mine  economic
indicators. In order to make the selected ventilation equipment has a high price, this article from
the  fan  service,  ventilation  machine  working  principle  and  classification,  the  main  parameters
affecting performance of fan, ventilation equipment bidding selection attention and other aspects.
According  to  fan  working-condition  parameters,  in  the  fan  series  products,  technical,  economic
and  safety  performance  comparison  of  ventilation  equipment  invite  public  bidding,  selection,
satisfy mine ventilation requirements, advanced technology, high efficiency and low running costs

矿井通风是保障矿井安全生产的最重要技术手段之一。矿井通风的主要动力是通风机，

通风机是矿井的

“肺脏”。通风机日夜不停地运转，源源不断地将地面空气输送到井下各个作

业地点，保障井下工作人员的身体健康和劳动安全。另外由于通风机功率大，能耗大，据统
计，全国国有煤矿主要通风机平均电耗约占矿井电耗的

16%，所以合理地选择和使用通风

机，不仅关系到矿井的安全生产和职工的身体健康，而且对矿井的主要技术经济指标有一
定影响。因此矿井单位在对通风设备进行招标选型时，为了使选定的通风机具有较高的性价
比，笔者认为招标单位应当明确以下几方面内容。

一、确定通风机的服务范围

矿用通风机按其服务范围可分为三种：

1、主要通风机，服务于全矿或矿井的某一部分；

2、辅助通风机，服务于矿井网络的某一分支（采区或工作面），帮助主要通风机通风，

以保证该分支风量。

3、局部通风机，服务于独头掘进井巷等局部地区。

二、根据实际工矿情况确定采用何种通风机。

通风机按构造和工作原理可分为离心式通风机和轴流式通风机两种。下面分别列举离

心式通风机和轴流式通风机的常用型号参数含义。

1、离心式通风机常用型号

目前我国煤矿使用的离心式通风机主要有 G4-73、4-73 型和 K4-73 型等。这些通风机具

有规格齐全、效率高和噪声低等特点。离心式型号
