摘要：随着我国在工程建设领域全面推行建设监理制度，建设监理制作为新体制中的一个
重要组成部分，逐步发挥十分重要的保证作用。完善了工程建设管理模式，规范了工程建设
程序，强化了工程建设过程管理和控制，使得工程建设的速度、质量、管理以及经济效益和
社会效益等都得到了明显的提高。监理单位作为建筑市场的三大主体之一，已成为建筑市场
技术服务体系的主体。岩土工程监理，既是岩土工程重要的不可缺少的组成部分．同时又是
建设监理的重要组成部分为此，本文试从建筑

 工程中岩土工程专门监理的技术、方法等角

度进行初步研究、探讨，以期对强化和规范建筑工程岩土工程专门监理起到有益的作用。

　　一、岩土工程监理发展现状和存在的问题

 

　　在我国，岩土工程监理是在建设监理工作的开展过程中涉及岩土工程专业问题时而展
开起来的，起步较晚，迄今为止，国内学者对其研究较少，尚未形成专门针对岩土监理的
理论和方法，监理工作尚未全面开展，已开展的也仅仅是进行岩土工程的施工监理，对岩
土工程勘察和设计基本上未进行监理。

 

　　（一）当前岩土工程监理有关专门理论内容概述

 

　　通过查阅有关资料文献和大量工程实例调查，结合对岩土工程监理实践的分析、总结，
对目前有关岩土工程监理的理论内容、监理方法进行如下概略归纳，并对当前岩土工程监理
中存在的问题加以分析。

 

　　

1、岩土工程监理的概念 

　　岩土工程监理亦称岩土工程咨询

(Geotechnical Engineering Supervision)，可理解为：依

照法律、法规和技术标准、规范，综合运用组织、技术、经济、合同措施，对岩土工程工作参与
者的行为及其责权利进行必要的协调和约束，保证岩土工程工作顺利进行，以取得质量、工
期和投资的好、快、省。
