半乳化和非乳化双相漱口水清除口臭效果的比较研究

摘要] 目的:比较非乳化、半乳化双相漱口水和氯己定漱口水对口臭的治疗效果。 方法:将 52 例受试
者随机分入安慰剂组、氯己定组、半乳化组和乳化组,采用嗅觉法计分和检测挥发性硫化物(
VSC)水平
评估 1 周内的抗口臭和
VSC 水平效果。 结果:第 1、3 天氯己定组、半乳化组和乳化组的抗口臭和降低
VSC 水平的效果比安慰剂组强(P <0.01),而在第 5、7 天的效果与安慰剂组差异无统计学意义(P >0.
05)。
结论:非乳化、半乳化双相漱口水和氯己定漱口水在短期内显著缓解口臭和降低挥发性硫化物水
平,要取得长期缓解可能需要与其他清洁舌背的措施相结合。

ABSTRACT] Objective: To evaluate anti-oral malodor effects of partially emulsified and a non-emulsified
two-phase mounthrinse and chlorhexidine.Methods: Fifty two subjects were randomly assigned into placebo
group, chlorhexidine group, partially emulsified mounthrinse group and non-emulsified mounthrinse group.The or-
ganoleptic score and volatile sulfur compound (VSC) level were used to evaluate the effects at day 1, 3, 5 and 7 of
treatment.Results: All experimental groups shower lower organoleptic scores and volatile sulfur compound (VSC)
levels at day 1, 3, compared with placebo control group.While the difference in anti-oral malodor effects between
the experimental group and control group was not significant at day 5 and 7 of the treatment.Conclusions: partial-
ly emulsified and a non-emulsified two-phase mounthrinse and chlorhexidine all are all effective in reducing organo-
