【摘要】目的：探讨儿科静脉留置针在儿科的应用及护理体会心得。方法：通过对本院

2005 年 10 月到 2007 年 1 月 147 例患儿采用静脉留置针输液，采血进行分析。结果：有效地

保护了患儿的血管，减少了反复穿刺造成的感染机会，也减轻了患儿及家长的痛苦和烦恼。

减轻了护理人员的心理压力，提高了护理工作效率，改进了护患关系，提高了病人满意率。

Abstract】Objective：The discussion department of pediatrics vein leaves alone the needle 

and nurses the experience attainment in department of pediatrics's application. Method：Through 

in October，2005 147 examples troubles uses the vein tube to this army to January，2007 to set at 

the needle infusion，picks the blood to carry on the analysis. Finally：Effectively has protected 

the  trouble  blood  vessel ， reduced  the  infection  opportunity  which  repeatedly  the  puncture 

creates ， also  reduced  the  trouble  and  guardian's  pain  and  the  worry.  Reduced  nursing  staff's 

pressure ， enhanced  has  nursed  the  working  efficiency ， improved  has  protected  the  trouble 

relations，enhanced patient satisfaction rate.

　　小儿静脉输液是临床给药的重要途径之一，也是抢救危重患儿的一个重要手段，是儿

科护理工作中的基本操作。而且小儿输液量较少，

2 次输液间隔时间为 18～23 ｈ，需要较长

的维持时间

[1]。本院近两年来，为 100 余例患儿采用静脉留置针输液、取血，收到较好效果。

有效地保护了患儿的血管，减少了反复穿刺造成的感染机会，也减轻了患儿及家长的痛苦

和烦恼。尤其对肥胖儿及穿刺难度大的患儿，不但减轻患儿痛苦，也大大减轻了护理人员的

心理压力，提高了护理工作效率，并可根据病情需要随时用药，提高了抢救成功率，且小

儿可自由玩耍和进食，家长易于接受，改进了护患关系，提高了病人满意率。

2005 年 10 月~2007 年 1 月为 147 例。5 岁小儿采用静脉留置针输液取血，其中头

皮静脉静脉留置

72 例，手背静脉留置 55 例，足背及足裸部静脉留置 20 例。新生儿静脉留置

30 例，1~2 岁 61 例，2~5 岁 56 例。
