摘要：

 

　　随着人们生活水平的提高，在注重建筑功能实用的同时更加注重建筑的外在美。这就给

建筑设计人员提出了新的要求。基于此，笔者将本文命名为《现代建筑立面装饰设计》，首先，

探讨了现代建筑立面装饰设计应遵循的基本原则；其次分析了现代建筑立面装饰设计存在

的问题；再次提出了有关现代建筑立面装饰设计的相关策略；最后对全文进行了简单的总

结。旨在与同行交流，不断提高现代建筑立面装饰设计效果。

Abstract: 

　　

As people living standard rise, pay attention to the function in building practical while paying 

more attention to the construction of beauty. This will give the architectural designers put forward 

new  requirements.  Based  on  this,  the  author  in  this  paper  will  be  named  "modern  elevation  of 

building decoration design", first of all, discussed modern building facade decoration design should 

follow the basic principles of; Secondly analyzes modern elevation of building decoration design 

problems; Again, put forward the modern architecture decoration design and relevant strategies of 

the  facade;  The  last  of  the  full  text  of  a  simple  conclusion.  With  partners  to  exchange,  and 

constantly improve the building elevation of modern decoration design effect.

　　作为现代建筑设计师，立面装饰设计水平高低直接关系到建筑的外观美，进而影响整

个城市的整体形象美。基于此，笔者结合实际，谈谈现代建筑立面设计。

 

　　一、探讨现代建筑立面装饰设计应遵循的基本原则

 

　　一是现代建筑立面装饰设计应遵循紧时代发展的基本原则，只有与时俱进才能适应社

会发展的需要，而且要从时代的时尚元素中寻找装饰设计灵感，并超越这些时尚元素的同

时确保装饰设计的内在本质；二是现代建筑立面装饰设计应遵循因地制度的基本原则，只

有结合建筑所在地的地域文化、自然资源、风光气候、人文地理和风俗习惯等进行设计，充分

体现地域文化的魅力和自然的和谐美；三是现代建筑立面装饰设计应遵循大众化的基本原

则，现代建筑立面装饰设计不能是设计者个性化产物，更不能是实验型的产物，而是基于

充分体现人们的生活经验与审美习惯的大众化装饰，实现建筑立面装饰设计的雅俗共赏；

四是现代建筑立面装饰设计应遵循经济性的基本原则，即结合建筑的实际经济合理化的设
