摘要：随着我国社会保障体系的不断发展和完善，养老保险制度的工作在社会上越来

越受到人们的关注和重视。从我国现行的社会保障体系来看，有很多不尽如人意的地方需要

进一步完善。参保人员缴费与养老保险待遇脱节，参保对象较少且覆盖面较窄，各地自行其

是政策不统一，参保人员合理流动时接转不畅等问题，在中国的社会保障体系中亟需进一

步规范和整改。本文主要从企业的养老保险工作管理工作出发，来谈一下现阶段企业养老保

险工作中遇到的问题以及解决的办法，希望可以为企业的养老保险管理工作提供一些有利

的借鉴。

Abstract:  along  with  the  social  security  system  development  and  perfect,  the  endowment 

insurance system work in in the society more and more attention by people and attention. From the 

current social security system view, has a lot of disappointments of not need improving. Ginseng

reasonable  flow  not  contact  any  such  issues,  the  social  security  system  in  China  to  be  further

management  work  starting  to  talk  about  present  enterprise  endowment  insurance  work  across 

problems and solution, the hope can for enterprise's endowment insurance management to provide

　　企业养老保险工作，是社会生产力发展到一定阶段的必然产物，是社会发展和生产力

进步的重要标志，是社会进步的重要体现。在中国，市场经济已经逐渐趋于成熟和稳定，人
