摘 要 ：随着市场经济的不断成熟，市场竞争日益激烈，团队精神已经越来

越成为企业团队建设和团队管理的关键环节，是企业真正的核心竞争力。团队精
神在企业的发展中格外重要，也受到格外的重视，追究起来原因不外是团队精
神自身具有的独特价值。团队精神的建设关乎企业的命运。
