Through this transformation, eHR should be focused on delivering new value to customers.
In our eHR work with clients, we often see a single-minded focus on cost reductions and
process efficiencies through eHR. These are real benefits--and we’ll speak to them in just a
moment. But it’s important not to lose sight of the opportunities to better serve customers
through eHR solutions.
