我国造纸化学品的现状与发展

摘要：介绍了我国造纸化学品的现状和发展。对我国变性淀粉、施胶剂、水溶性高分子、特种化学品以及
填料等主要造纸化学品的现状与发展趋势作了扼要介绍。造纸化学品是精细化工领域中的重要门类，
也是造纸工业发展的重要基础。21 世纪，造纸行业面临的三大主要课题是资源、环境、能源。我国造纸化
学品行业同国外相比还有较大差距，拥有广阔的发展空间。国内生产企业应结合国情和行业现状，向
集约化、专业化发展，引进国外先进技术，开发新型造纸用精细化学品。

The present situation and perspective of our 

country’s papermaking chemical

Abstract:This   paper   deals   with   the   present   situation   and  perspective  of   our   country’s 
papermaking   chemicals.  And   so   on   present   state   and   perspective   trend   of   main 
papermaking chemical have made the main introduction to our country modified starch, 
sizing agent, the water-soluble polymer, the specialty chemical as well as the padding. The 
papermaking chemical is important class in the chemical domain, is the important basis of 
paper   industry   development.   In   the   21st   century,   three   big   main   topics   that   paper-mill 
industry   faces   are   the   resources,   environment   and   energy.   Our   country   papermaking 
chemical profession compares with the overseas also has the big disparity, has the broad 
development   space.   The   domestically   produced   enterprise   should   unify   the   national 
condition and industry status, develops to the intensification and specialization, introduces 
theoverseas vanguard technology, develops the new papermaking to use the fine chemical.

我国造纸化学品的现状

20 世纪 80 年代初,我国造纸化学品还几乎是空白。虽然我国造纸化学品的开发和应用起

步较晚，但随着物质生活水平的不断提高,人们对纸张的质量要求越来越高,需求量越来越大,
使中国造纸工业持续高速发展。因为造纸化学品可以促进造纸行业的科技进步 ,为造纸行业
带来巨大的经济社会效益,所以引起了国家有关部门及大专院校、科研院所的高度重视。

国外现有的主要品种多数在国内已开发成功并投入了批量生产，而且有些品种已达到

近或达到国际先进水平，更为突出的是针对我国造纸工业的特点，开发了一批适合中国国
情的新型造纸化学品，如非木材纤维增强剂、草浆专用助滤助留剂、新闻纸专用增强剂、印刷
适性改进剂、树脂障碍控制剂等项目构思新颖，效果显著，均达到了国际首创的要求，并可
以迅速推向市场，形成生产力。因此，中国造纸化学品行业是一个很有发展前景的朝阳行业。

化学品市场相比,我国的造纸工业仍是一个稳步增长性的行业,是全球最为关注的行业之一。
尽管我国的纸和纸板总产量已经位居世界第 2 位,但人均表观消费量仅为 33.2 kg,不到发达国
家(如美国为 314.2kg,世界人均消费量最高的国家为比利时 333.7kg)的十分之一。每年我国仍
需从国外进口大量的纸及相关产品,且进口的纸及纸制品多为高档品种,这些品种在国内仍处
