Applied research of expert control in papermaking control
ABSTRACT
The paper industry of the high efficiency, high integration of modern paper production
requirements of more and more is also high, the traditional mode of production has slowly
can't follow up the situation needs. In the process of making paper pulp concentration as the
most important physical quantity of paper making, one of the quality plays a decisive role. So
for pulp concentration control research has multiple significance.
The current paper industry concentration control widespread use of the traditional PID
algorithm, PID algorithm of simple structure, easy to realize, strong adaptability and other
characteristics, but the concentration of the application in circuit there are still some problems,
such as adjusting the slow, weak anti-interference ability, poor stability. Some problems are
limited the pulp concentration control accuracy, the more become paper to further improve the
quality of a bottleneck.
This paper pulp and paper production craft, analysis the pulp and paper pulp
concentration control process characteristic, found that the traditional PID control for pulp
concentration control inner link to be involved hard. Based on this put forward the thought of
expert control pulp concentration control regulation. This design through the analysis
concentration control relationship, establish related model, and according to the control
algorithm with established single loop and multi-loop concentration control expert control
scheme. By comparison study found that the application of expert control in pulp
concentration control to improve adjust speed, enhance the system robustness and important
optimization function.
In the theoretical model, with the support of this paper single loop concentration control
traditional scheme and experts plan, many concentration concentration control traditional
scheme and experts plan for system simulation. Established in Matlab in the simulation results
of the curve is proof enough expert PID control compared with the traditional PID control in
improving the system response speed and robustness advantages.
