Abstract：In the 21st century, with China's accession to the WTO and the expo's Oly
mpic bid, the success of the economic development, give us brought huge opportunity.
 Rapid economic development and at the same time, the infrastructure into the large-s
cale construction stage, give construction enterprises take _work_ enormous opportun
ities for development. Construction project construction is longer, the construction cos
t control, is construction enterprise the key construction project control. But in the Chi
nese economy, the control long-term exposure to plan, the influence of means and met
hods of construction project is mostly in cost overruns, complete extension of time. T
herefore, how to target within or at the lowest cost cost in the stipulated time, complet
ed in construction project which can satisfy the requirement engineering construction 
activities, the current is the important problems needing attention in the application.
        In this paper, various cost control theory on the basis of comparison and study, f
rom the whole process of construction project, based on the construction of the constr

alyzes the key link, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve th
e construction cost control level, innovation cost control concept and thinking, and to 
promote the healthy development of construction of a certain contribution. Paper intro
