Along with world economics' integration, various countries' economy fuses unceasingly 

and develops, between various countries' foreign trade intercourse is also getting more and 
more close. If the importer-exporter does not have the correct choice method of settlement, 
possibly causes the import and export side not to be able to receive the cargo or the loans, even 
money goods two spatial. For maintenance own Biggest benefit, how to choose method of 
settlement in trade correctly already to become the concerned question of the world in actual 
operation now. This article first introduce the international payments way's type, then from two 
aspects of international trade main method of settlement own characteristic and the influencing 
factor of Foreign trade enterprise how to choose the method of international settlement to study 
the influencing factor of the selection an application of means payement in international trade, 
based on which has discussed the actual utilization of method of settlement in international 
trade, achieved the instruction of Foreign trade enterprise how to correctly choose the method 
of settlement, reduced the settlement risk,  promoted trade development .

国际结算使各国的产品、服务和资金得以交换，从而让生产得到远比国内市场宽阔的

发展空间，实现了更大规模的持续发展；使资金实现国际转移，实现跨国投资，在全
