MAKING INFLUENCING FACTORS IN COAL-

FIRED POWER ENTERPRISE

Abstract

Since the reform and opening up, the electric power industry of country has achieved great

development. The coal-fired power enterprise plays an important role in the electric power industry, and in

the foreseeable future, coal-fired power enterprise is still the mainstay of China power industry. But as

hydroelectric power, wind power and solar energy, the flourishing of thermal power enterprise, also met with

unprecedented challenges, coal-fired power enterprise with high pollution and social responsibility of the

growing problem. Enterprise wants to survive and development, must undertake the right investment

decisions, therefore, the analysis of the investment decision-making power will be crucial factors. In today's

society, sustainable development of enterprises in the investment decision-making power must be investment

decision must be environmental and social responsibility is an important factor in an enterprise itself, with

economic social economic environment and the natural ecological environment of harmony.

Coal-fired power plants is resources consumption, production process consume large amounts of fossil

energy and other resources, and to the surroundings of harmful substances, discharge of natural environment

caused considerable damage. Through the investment decision-making power enterprises, this paper analyzes

the factors which helps to improve economic efficiency of enterprises, to improve the utilization level of

energy and environmental protection and promotion.

Based on the characteristics of power enterprise, combining various industry investment decision-

making influence factors, the general manager, from location, environmental and social responsibility of four

factors are analyzed, and the influence of the investment decision-making for each factors are proposed.

Power enterprises must choose good geographical position, reduce the cost and improve the economic

benefit. When in the investment decision-making managers to avoid some subjective factors, introduce

effects of decision-making more scientific investment decision-making mechanism, Attach importance to the

protection of the environment and management, People-oriented, and social responsibility, and make more

conducive to enterprise and society, ensure the investment decision-making power enterprise long-term and

sustainable development.
