Cold-bend-bend-point detection and NC design

Abstract: In a modern processing industry, the number of automated control has been
gradually replacing the traditional control methods, the use of the most popular or SCM, to
control use of SCM has become the first choice of modern production methods.

The main issue is the design of CNC machine elbow. In the design process to study

the processing of the pipe bending characteristics of the pipe bending deformation zone of
the  state  of  stress  and  strain  analysis,  the  use  of  plastic  pipe  to  establish  a  formula  for
calculating the bending moment. In front on the basis of the actual elbow-work principle,
select MSC-51 SCM of CNC machine pipe system design. By choosing out of the sensor,
shows  that  expansion  of  chip  8279,  analog-digital  conversion  chip  ADC0809,  74LS273,
decoder  74  LS138,  program  memory  2764,  and  other  components  to  complete  the  NC
system  hardware  and  software  design.  Design  elements  from  the  mechanical  system,
hydraulic system, CNC parts. I completed the main numerical control system design.
